1. Information for the conclusion of contracts
By clicking of the button [Kaufen] you agree to a binding order of all above listed goods. You will receive the confirmation of order via email. In this way the purchase contract is concluded.

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking of the button [Kaufen] you agree to a binding order of all of all goods in the shopping basket.The confirmation of receipt of the order is made by automated e-mail immediately after sending the order. With this confirmation by e-mail the purchase contract becomes legally effective. 

2. Prices, terms of payment:
All prices are final customer prices (incl. Value Added Tax - VAT) in Euro and exclude any additional shipping costs. The amount invoiced shall be due on invoicing and is to be settled by PayPal. The same applies if the delivery (see product description) in the online shop consists of several batches. You will receive the invoice with a fully qualified electronic signature.

3. Reservation of ownership:
We shall retain title to our products delivered until all until all payments relating to the purchased contract have been received. 

4. Warranty:
The statutory regulations about claims for defects shall be deemed as agreed (improvement/ conversion). Beyond this there are no other warranty claims.  As far as a manufacturer’s warranty is provided, statutory claims will not be restricted. Assignation of warranty claims of our customers to third parties is excluded.

5. Copyright und commercial protection rights:
All displayed logos, images and graphics are the property of our company/ or our partner companies and are subject our/their copyright. All on our sites displayed photos, Logos, layouts, texts, reports, algorithms, scripts and programming routines on this web-site, which are the products of our own development or which are formatted by us, may NOT be copied or otherwise used without our permission.

6. Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction:
As far as the customer is an enterprise (acc. definition ABGB), the legal venue and place of performance for legal disputes shall be our business address.
